Where the world’s cultures meet in sound

Magnus Victor Orbis is an artist of crossroads. His music gathers traditions from across the world — the sweep of cinematic orchestration, the rhythms and voices of many cultures, and aching modal melodies old as memory — and binds them into songs that feel at once ancient and newly born.

Writing in the spirit of Al-Andalus, where Granada’s gardens and the rhythms of distant shores once met, his songs move between celebration and longing: love that turns ordinary days into festivals, rain that carries the memory of a lost homeland, and the quiet faith that grace and kindness outlast everything. Across releases like Grace of Al-Andalus, Rain Over Balansiya, and All My Days Are Holidays, he builds a world that is part history, part dream, and wholly his own — music for anyone who has ever loved a place or a person enough to want to keep it forever.
